Travelling has always excited me...Considering my dad's job in a government sector ,I have always travelled within a gap of 2-3 years on a fixed schedule and apart from that.He has always planned out some trips randomly here and there which even included forests.
Well coming to the topic "Where would I like to travel in 2014 and have this a smart travel"
My city of dreams this year is Bangkok....!
Wow............. The beauty of this city says it all , why would someone be so eager to visit this place.I know majority of people out here would be wondering that Bangkok is known in the world for the Prostitution then why would someone who is descent like to visit such a place.Dude... Even that is something you will enjoy watching...Trust me ,its an art,it will teach you what all is done so beautifully by those people (men and women) to fill their stomach.Apart from this Bangkok is well known for its huge wealth and of course wonderful cultural sites...It is the 22nd world most populous city in the world.
Some Places I would not miss on :
1.The Escape Hunt Experience
2.The temple of reclining Buddha (Wat Pho)
3.The Grand Palace
4.The MBK Centre
5.The Pat pong Night Market
6.MBK Fight Night
7.The Flow House
8.The Snake Farm....
9.The Siam Park City
Wow....... I cannot wait to be there ...But before even wanting or dreaming to be there I need to plan my pocket budget and expenses. The "currency Thailand Bart (THB)", its not very costly... Very cheaper than LA or any other places to have fun and enjoy luxury (UK/US or any other places)
Planning this trip is obviously a hectic task but not to forget something you love is never boring or hectic... but yeah also remember with fun comes a lot of responsibility of healthy expenses. So the first and the foremost thing before planning my trip is going to be What savings do I need to have for this trip?
2INR = 1 THB and the flight tickets would cost not less than 10K fro one side, if I made the bookings for next month.... So to be on a safer side... I would wait for some offers which the flights provide some 25% and all or better choose a travel agency like "make my trip " or "Sky scanner" which ever provides me with better deal. Choosing a perfect travel agency which would provide you the best package is the most important thing for going on a trip and trust me if you succeed to get one You will have the best trip of your life. You would not miss out a single venue may it be a temple, monarch, night life, dining anything.
Travelling smart simply means enjoying to the maximum with least expenses possible. So after reaching there the best thing to save my expenditures would be eating on the roadside, the local joints at Bangkok which prepares truly amazing food as suggested by one of my friends who has been staying there for almost 6 months now.The city never sleeps, just like Mumbai in India. So when you spend less on eating you would have enough to shop and enjoy the monarchs, cultural sites and of course the night life.Just keep a pair of shorts and Capri or a jeans whatever you are comfy with and few pairs of t-shirts or gowns....(which you would use only if you go out to some special places to woo people around :-P)
Move with the rhythm of the city and trust me you will love every moment you spend there............
So to travel smartly.. be smart enough to choose a perfect liable travel agency ..Keeping your budget in your mind when you do not plan to miss a single opportunity of having the best days of your life having loads of fun and almost freaking out,Be careful with your health because falling sick on your trip is the most annoying part as well as the most horrible part of the exciting trip you have planned for so long...
Keep the basic medicines, the first aid you might need anytime.
Always carry bottle of water and something to eat if you plan to keep exploring the city without taking much breaks for halting by a food spot and gulping in some yummy delicious
