Are We Really Independent...?

"This is not about our individual selves though.Its completely about what has changed since those days when We (Indians) were ruled by Britishers and today.....Do you really think things have become wonderful and wow and amazing ? I guess everyone of us has to give a second thought to it...I know things have improved as in we do not have be slaves of foreigners ,we do not have to tolerate their slangs but what changed??? Just this??
I had been to singapore 3 years back and i saw that girls wore short skirts and  all strapless tops but no buy bother to look up to her or comment on her looks or dresses! Why??? What would have happened in India if a girl wore the same??? They respect each other....!


The latest news if everyone remembers about the girl who commented on a post regarding death of Bal Thakre and there she was behind the bars and we say India is a democratic nation,everyone has right to speak.The delhi rape case,the west bengal rape case where girls were decently dressed but still raped brutally and murdered! People say girls do not know how to dress up or they are crossing their limits! Hey folks tell me what does a 3 year old girl know about dresses and limits and boyfriends??? Lucknow is on the top list when it comes to crimes against children including boys and girls.I am here not focussing on only girls but yes crime against them is more and really brutal.

Its been almost 66 years now,India is independent,but crimes,pain,cheating still continues.Even during those days girls and ladies were used for physical pleasure and even today they are ,few of those with interest and few are forced and murdered! Is this independence? I am not completely focusing on females,crimes and murders against men too are high but that is more due to enemyship not because of any other reason.Senior bullying their juniors in office or anywhere,physically harassing them is still on! why??
Nobody wants to come out to speak! everyone is more of keeping stuffs in their stomach and just pretending to forget everything.That seems so easy to them.Because they would be threatened or their matters would not be heard!

What is the difference? 66 years back we were slaves of those white colour people for whom even indian brothers and sisters ditched their own fellow mates just in order to get honour in those creepy eyes and money and 66 years later we are slaves of our own people.Some are slaves of the ruling party,
some of their head of family,some of their husbands and brothers,some of their wives who are dominant enough to stand for her right.We still cannot say we are independent.
Displaying respect and actually respecting everyone is totally different! I have seen people on social networking sites commenting on a girls story or status or a photo in a most insulting way and they are those guys who later on go stand for Nirbhaya's fight for justice.Its completely fake dear ladies and men!

After her case yes,many laws against rape had come up but is it really working? immediately after the laws were put into action more and more crimes started,at same place,in the same city! Nobody is scared of law.Why??? I have seen that if someone is found guilty of rape in Africa the public drags that particular person nude on streets with his hands and legs tied!I don't know till what extent does this work but yes it does works!

 In hindi people say"Mere baap ki jaagir hai!"(She/He/This is my father's propety!) No! no one is your father's property.It basically focuses on females but can also be considered for men in some cases.
Independence is when we actually stand for our right and we are allowed to speak not beaten up and put behind the bars,not threatened to be murdered or make our lives miserable.Independence is when we actually can breath without fear of being raped or taunted by any other person randomly on road or in a public place.Independence is when we start to respect each other equally keeping our male egos behind!
Yes India was came to be known as male dominance nation but it was only till the time females were no where in earning sector,they were confined to the four walls of the house.Men have to bear the fact that women are growing and so respect their thoughts and value them.Its a women who gave you birth and so you could see this world!

When this happens India would actually be a free independent nation,crime free and each respecting others! I hope you all know India's downfall 66 years back was only because our people stood against their own brothers and sisters,if this continues am sure we ll again be slaves of some dominant power,may be male power!!!

Wake Up Be Independent And Let Others Be Independent too....!
